How It Works

IN STOCK ITEMS | I will endeavour to keep at least 1 item of each style and design in stock; this may cause an overlap where an item sells and therefore displays as 'out of stock'. You can trust that I will aim to restock as soon as possible, but please get in touch with me via the Contact page or by email ([email protected]), if there is a product you are interested in, so I can adjust my print order accordingly.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS | Any special or multiple orders of the same product will be printed and made to order. Please get in touch via the Contact page or by email ([email protected]). Lead times will vary throughout the year, but please allow up to 4-6 weeks for print and production.

Payment is taken when you place the order. I will contact you to let you know I have received your payment and I will contact you again to let you know your order is ready to post via your chosen service - Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For.

Each PLAYING WITH PATTERN scarf comes packaged in a plain presentation box; great for storing and keeping your silk scarf protected, and great if you're buying as a gift!

There may be times when production and/or delivery can take a little longer. I will always keep you updated throughout the process.
